TITLE : Project Manager (equivalent to BPS-18)

DESCRIPTION : Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation of the project in all technical, administrative and financial matters.
• Supervising the project team, delegation of tasks among the team members to meet the defined deadlines.
• Responsible for implementation of the project in accordance with the PC-1 and implementation plan
• Responsible to achieve the outputs, outcomes and overall impact of the project
• Responsible for the timely completion of of the procurement, recruitment and all other functions related to the project
• Responsible for coordination with consultant and timely completion of each deliverable been assigned to the consultant
• Close coordination and correspondence with the Government Departments
• Compliance with the directions of the KPITB Technical team
• Planning Project Resources: Making a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and align with the project strategy.
• Management of resources and mobilization, estimating time and financial commitment, monitoring and evaluation of the overall project and defining the KPIs for decision making.
• Sharing comprehensive Report Based Monitoring report with the KPITB’s Monitoring team, as per requirements
• Perform any tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Education: Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field (at least 16 years of education)
Work Experience: At least 07 years relevant post-qualification experience in a public or private sector organization.
