TITLE : Digital Skills Officer

DESCRIPTION : Project the advanced digital skills training programs offered under DESC at different platforms. Develop and implement outreach strategy for DESC. Conduct Market Research for Digital Skills inline with the Industry requirements to ensure maximum employbility. Designs and facilitates training programs for DESC, including definition of learning outcomes, organization of content and creation of materials. Uses instructional design theory, instructional design principles, learning theory, instructional technology and advance learning principles in the development of training and courseware solutions. Monitors and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness. Ensure liaison with principal bodies offering globally recognized certifications in the offered digital skills at DESC.
