TITLE : Manager Infrastructure/Planning and Infrastructure Engineer

DESCRIPTION : * Attends all progress meetings with the KPITB's senior management, consultant and contractors. * Assist Project Manager in preparation/review of bidding documents and contracts. * Attend pre-bid and bid meetings. * Attend meetings with all stakeholders. * Monitor contractor’s schedule of works. * Advises and assists in the overall management of the project. * Review weekly and monthly progress reports showing progress achieved. * Review of variation orders, checking & recommending contractor’s interim payment certificates. * Responsible for construction management of the project. * Liaisoning with different stakeholders on behalf of KPITB. * Assist Project Manager in the procurement of equipment's/materials. * Report to the project manager for any delays and critical items. * Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adopted. * Any other duty assigned by the Project Manager.
