TITLE : Web Developer

DESCRIPTION : Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Requirement gathering, Development and Customization of web Application • Web Application designing and development using PHP or C#, JQuery, HTML and CSS. • Designing and development of databases using MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL or MS SQL SEVER. • Development of Web Services, SOAP and RESTful APIs. • User Interface designing based on provided mockups. • Writing Back-end code to acquire functionality. • Providing training on the developed modules • Translate application use cases into functional applications. • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Black box and white box testing of the developed modules. • Collaboration and coordination with other team members. • Designing and implementing new features and functionality, establishing and guiding the website's architecture, ensuring high-performance, security and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the applications. • Work closely with members of the development team to ensure an effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementation of the website. • Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail, as required • Coordination and providing technical support to various Department/Organization • Perform any other tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: Education: Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Telecommunications Engineering/Electrical Engineering (Communications) or equivalent degree (at least 16 years of education). Work Experience: At least 03 years of relevant post-qualification hands-on experience in web development in a public or private sector organization. Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: • Strong understanding of PHP or C#, MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3. • Experience of development databases in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MS SQL SEVER • Well versed with Object Oriented Programming and Design patterns. • Hands-on experience on CodeIgnitor, Drupal or Dot Net Frameworks will be preffered. • Knowledge of Performance optimization techniques. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. • Good understanding of multilingual applications. • Hand on experience in Front-end Development using HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Working with JavaScript-based Frameworks i.e AngularJs, ReactJs or NodeJs will be considered a plus. • Strong familiarity with Proper CMS site building and coding practices. • Experience in server configurations and web-server deployments. • Excellent debugging and fault correction skills.
