TITLE : Digital Technology Officer

Position Overview

The Digital Technology Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and IT infrastructure to support government service delivery. The role is critical in driving digital transformation, ensuring high system availability, data integrity, and innovation across public-facing applications like Dastak and internal digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and management of digital platforms (e.g., Dastak, CFC, Paymir).

Oversee system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

·            Manage infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and cloud/on-prem environments.

·            Coordinate with internal departments to digitize workflows and improve service delivery.

·            Ensure cybersecurity protocols, data protection, and compliance with government policies.

·            Supervise DevOps operations, CI/CD pipelines, and source code management.

·            Lead a technical team of developers, engineers, and support staff.

·            Prepare technical documentation, status reports, and strategic digital roadmaps.

·            Support stakeholder engagement for cross-departmental integration and interoperability.
