TITLE : Content Strategist & Storyteller

DESCRIPTION :

The Content Strategist & Storyteller will lead the development and execution of compelling, human-centered content that supports KPITB's mission of digital transformation and citizen-first governance. This hybrid role combines strategic messaging with creative storytelling, producing content for digital platforms, public campaigns, donors, and mainstream media. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of narrative, policy understanding, and excellent bilingual writing skills (English and Urdu).

Key Responsibilities

·           Design and implement a unified content strategy aligned with KPITB's communication goals

·           Create, edit, and publish content for press releases, donor briefs, speeches, social media, and event kits

·           Collect real-life stories, testimonials, and success cases from field visits, project teams, and public service users

·           Write engaging blog posts, human-interest articles, and impact stories in English and Urdu

·           Develop storytelling material for short videos, animations, reels, and creative campaigns

·           Coordinate with the design, media, and outreach teams to align content with visuals and campaigns

·           Prepare communication toolkits and media briefing packs for program launches and donor visibility

·           Translate technical information into accessible, audience-friendly narratives

·           Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and brand alignment across all KPITB platforms
