TITLE : Metaverse Developer / Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Metaverse Developer/Specialist with 7 years of professional experience in extended reality (XR), 3D environments, and immersive platforms. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of metaverse-ready experiences using tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, and WebXR. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact digital transformation projects, including smart cities, education, tourism, virtual collaboration, and citizen engagement within the context of future government services or enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. XR Development & Virtual Environment Design

·           Design and develop immersive 3D experiences using Unity3D or Unreal Engine for VR/AR/XR applications.

·           Create responsive, interactive environments using WebXR, Three.js, Babylon.js, or similar frameworks.

·           Collaborate with designers and 3D artists to build assets, avatars, and scenes for realistic virtual spaces.

·           Optimize performance for different hardware (Oculus, HTC Vive, HoloLens, mobile, and web-based VR).

2. Integration & Interoperability

·           Integrate APIs, real-time databases, and blockchain-based identity or asset systems (optional).

·           Ensure cross-platform compatibility and multi-user experiences using tools like Photon,Web Sockets,or Mirror networking.

·           Work with backend teams to synchronize data across virtual environments and live services

3. Project Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Participate in Agile development cycles; contribute to sprints, stand-ups, and code reviews.

Assist with prototyping, testing, and validation of metaverse concepts with stakeholders.

·           Maintain documentation of environments, user flows, and system architecture.

4. Innovation & Research

·           Stay current with trends in spatial computing, digital twins, immersive learning, and metaverse interoperability.

·           Experiment with AI/ML for adaptive metaverse experiences and user personalization.

5.  Any task assigned by the supervisor
