TITLE : Manager - Technical, Training and Certification

DESCRIPTION : Ensure compliance with the DESC framework for Digital Skills. Establish a benchmark for the induction of trainees into DESC. Monitors and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness. Ensure the collection and analysis statistical data, and developing reports, reporting systems, mechanisms, and standards designed to evaluate effectiveness of training program. Suggest changes in the training program with proper justification to the Steering Committee. Ensure development of industry linkages and a healthy relation with key stakeholders. Ensure liaison with principal bodies offering globally recognized certifications in the offered digital skills at DESC. Ensure coordination with the principal bodies regarding discounted offers on certifications offered. Represent DESC on different platforms when ever deemed necessary of as instructed by the Project Director.
